T.O. Haas Tire & Auto

Our family loves to go to TO Hass. They treat all of us wonderfully and my 17 year old daughter loves to be in charge of her own appointments. They price matched a set of tires for me. And I witnessed employee Wilson be very respectful and customer service forward with someone who wasn’t as considerate back with him. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Honesty goes a long way in this business, and the shop at T.O. Haas is full of transparent guys. I went in for them to investigate a sound I was hearing with my brakes, and they told me straight up what was wrong. I'm not a car guy whatsoever and not an auditory learner, so they took me into the shop and showed me how the back rotors and brake pads were completely different looking than the front rotors and brake pads. While not the news I wanted to receive, they gave me a great deal and got me in quickly for the repair! All in all, I'll continue to be a T.O. Haas customer.

They’re amazing and very professional. Their prices are great and they do amazing work. I have been there more than 3 times. Oil and tire repairs. And for my next oil change I will go back to them. Thank you T.O Haas tire and auto for the great service you provide every time I come by the shop.

I went there for the first time today. I had made an appointment for air two air filters to be changed plus tire rotation and oil change. The air filters. I'd been told sometime back at my regular place that they needed done. But the charge was pretty high. So I looked around and read some reviews of different places and settled on T O Haas. I was not disappointed! I was greeted by Wilson, and he was fantastic! Extremely friendly, and kept me informed of what was going on with my car. Namely, he came and said that unless I really wanted it done, I didn't need the air filters done at this time. I was very happy to save some money. And he gave me a special rate they had going on for the tires and oil combination. I thought the price was really good for that and they had my car done in a pretty short amount of time. My only complaint would be the parking spaces are really skinny. I just drive a car, not an SUV or truck, but I thought there was not a lot of room to open the door and get out of the car.

Brought my 2019 Lexus IS300 in for a brake fluid flush and had a good experience. Wilson was friendly and straightforward, got me checked in quickly and the work was done without any issues. Clean shop, fair pricing, and they even did a complimentary inspection. Would come back for routine maintenance.
